All the fun of pretending to be a ballerina, plus building a long, lean ballet body, with no pink leotards or pressure to perform. I love Ballerobica because it isn’t too technical, but it does focus on proper form for great results, and because it presents a cardio challenge as well as body-weight resistance strength training. You’ll love it too!
Classes are on hold while I recover from a stress fracture in my foot (from running, not hooping or barre!), but I’m still able to do events.
